Heirloom varieties and fresh-picked diversity

The Harvest

I market juice, table fruit and nuts directly: to friends and neighbours, community-supported agriculture (CSA) schemes and local restaurants. I deliver ripe, flavourful fruit by short routes. I grow varieties that cannot be bought in shops and harvest fruit when it is truly ripe – at its healthiest and most aromatic.

Cooperation with the Vegetable Syndicate

I cooperate, among others, with the Vegetable Syndicate – this is the partner CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) of Auenhof Havelland and Karolinengarten. In late summer and autumn, I offer members so-called "fruit shares": Anyone who purchases a share receives several deliveries of plums, apples, pears, apple juice, and walnuts from the Obstmuckelei between late August and December. This is offered at solidarity prices and is organic.

The gardeners of the Vegetable Syndicate produce delicious and high-quality vegetables and supply six pick-up points in Berlin (Wedding, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Tempelhof, and Wilmersdorf) and one in the Havelland region. The pricing is consistently solidarity-based.

Feel free to register for a harvest share at any time without obligation – you will either be placed on the waiting list or start in May. New members are welcome. Further information is available at: www.gemuese-syndikat.de

Regional Juice from the Juice Manufactory

I have a portion of my apples pressed into juice at the Mostmanufaktur Havelland (Ketzür). This is then bottled in glass deposit bottles.

At the Mostmanufaktur, you can have your own juice pressed or purchase juices in shops and supermarkets. Everything is organic and made from Brandenburg fruit.

Organic by conviction

The Obstmuckelei is certified according to the EU Organic Regulation. This means: My work is subject to annual inspections. I refrain from using chemical-synthetic pesticides and instead promote natural cycles. Here, food is produced in close cooperation with nature.
